New Hampshire Soccer League
The New Hampshire Soccer League Registration Process:
The following information pertains to the New Hampshire Soccer League (NHSL) registration process. Please note that in order to register for the NHSL your club must be a member of the New Hampshire Soccer Association (NHSA). Out of state clubs who are interested in participating in the NHSL, please contact the NHSA Office directly for more information.
To successfully complete the NHSL registration process, club coordinators must register teams in the NHSL using their club GotSoccer account. Additionally, club coordinators must submit the appropriate forms and fees to the NHSA office. More detailed registration instructions are provided under “League Resources”. If needed, please contact the NHSL League Director or the NHSA Office for further assistance. We are happy to help.

New Club Registration
LEAGUE AND CLUB APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP INTO THE NEW HAMPSHIRE SOCCER ASSOCIATION
Application into NHSA must be in writing and include:
- A letter requesting membership into NHSA (addressed to: the appropriate Vice President of NHSA)
- Identifies the organization’s name, purpose, and short description of the type of organization (recreation, competitive, amateur, indoor, etc.)
- The name, phone number, mailing and email address of the organization’s principle point of contact. This is where all official soccer business will be directed.
- A list of the directors and officers of the league, club, or facility.
- A list of the teams along with the coaches and their license level (competitive and amateur only).
- A check to cover the application fee of $50.00 made out to NHSA. (All leagues, facilities, and competitive clubs or amateur teams that are not affiliating through a league).
- A copy of the constitution, bylaws, or other documents that establishes the organization.
The application will be discussed and voted upon for membership approval into NHSA at the next NHSA Executive Board meeting.
The NHSA president can conditionally approve a request, pending the next meeting of the Executive Board meeting, when conditions deem it is for the good of the game.
Final approval of membership is granted upon completion of the following:
- Receipt of database containing the names and mailing addresses of all players and volunteers (coaches, referees, board members, etc.).
Payments as follows:
- For recreation players: paid directly to NHSA.
- For competitive player teams: – payment made through the associated travel league or paid directly to NHSA if not associated with a NHSA competitive league.
- For Amateur players: payment made through the associated amateur league or paid directly to NHSA if not associated with a NHSA amateur league.
- For Indoor Facilities: paid directly to NHSA.
By-Laws:
Admission to Membership
- A league, club, or indoor facility desiring to become an affiliated member of NHSA may submit a written application to the Secretary. The applicant shall specify the category of affiliation being applied for. The applicant shall include with the application copies of its charter or articles of incorporation, constitution, articles of agreement, bylaws, rules, regulations, rules of play and other governing documents appropriate to understanding the structure and activities of the organization. The Secretary shall prescribe the number of copies of each document to be submitted.
- The Secretary shall refer an application for affiliation to the Executive Board for consideration. Such affiliation is contingent on compliance with the Constitution, Articles of Agreement, Bylaws and Rules of NHSA, USSF, USYS and USASA and determination that the change would be beneficial to the game of soccer within the state.
General Membership, except for officers of the Association, shall be for the seasonal year.
