Ed Royer joined New Hampshire ODP Staff in 2021. He holds a Law Degree and a Master of Science in Sport Management from the University of Florida. He is also a college professor of Sport Management at New England College.
Ed is currently the Director of Operations for New Hampshire Soccer and a former New England Revolution Academy Coach. Ed is Coach Educator with U.S. Soccer and holds a U.S. Soccer ‘C’ License. He has coached in Florida and New Hampshire for 15 years from the youth to college level. In addition to coaching, Ed was a Director in Florida with Chargers Soccer Club.
Joe Silveira officially began his coaching career in 2003 when he became Manchester Central High School’s freshman boys soccer coach. From 2004 to 2014 he served at the Junior Varsity level, coaching the team to numerous Roger Desmarais Invitational Cup Finals and receiving the New Hampshire Coaches Assocation’s “Division I - JV Coach of the Year Award” on two separate occasions. In 2015 he began coaching the Manchester Memorial girls varsity soccer program and then took over as the head coach of the Manchester Central High School girls varsity soccer program in the fall of 2021. He was an original founder of FutsalNH, New Hampshire’s first competitive futsal league. He has coached and served on the board of directors for various recreational and travel soccer clubs in southern New Hampshire, and currently coaches for FC Stars NH. Joe received his C-level coaching license in 2016 and his grassroots instructor’s license in 2020. He has been an ODP State Coach since 2015 and will be working with U12 age group this year.
Panos Galatas is currently in his second season as the director of operations for the UNH men’s soccer program.
Galatas, who is native of Hillsboro, N.H., had an outstanding playing career at New England College. As a four-year midfielder, he started in 81 matches, as the Pilgrims won two conference championships and made two NCAA Tournament appearances. He was also named a First Team All-Conference player twice, Conference Player of Week and New England College Player of the Month. In his last season at New England College, Galatas was coached by current UNH assistant coach Brad Campion.
During his gap year in college, Galatas studied aboard and was able to join Liga Revelacao Academica u23 team in Coimbra, Portugal. Before college, Galatas played for several clubs competing in USYS Region 1 League and National league.
Galatas obtained his B.A. in Business Administration and is finishing his M.B.A. in Project Management through New England College. Galatas is also the Publicity Administrator for New Hampshire Olympic Development Program and is the head coach of the u12 Boys ODP New Hampshire State Team.
The New Hampshire Soccer Association (NHSA) is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization established to promote, educate and advance the game of soccer in New Hampshire.
